On the one hand, this means determining the degree of personal responsibility and gaining the commitment of employees. This requires an optimal framework of structures and processes to enable them to achieve the best possible results (often referred to as governance).<br \/>At the same time, the <strong>organization<\/strong> itself is being led \u2014 this involves management (the design of workflows, optimization of routines, etc.) as well as entrepreneurship (shaping the future, developing compelling visions, etc.).<br \/>Finally, leadership also encompasses <strong>self-management<\/strong>, \u2014 the ability to act with personal responsibility, accompanied by regular and structured reflection on one\u2019s own work.
