It may sound strange, but organizations are made up of communication. After all, the world of work consists of processes in which two or more people perceive each other and exchange statements, messages and feelings. According to a constructivist understanding of communication, interpersonal understanding is characterized by the respective meaning of the people involved. We cannot control how our message is received by others. The sociologist Niklas Luhmann therefore considered successful communication to be generally unlikely.
