During this time, I became increasingly interested in questions of cooperation and how this can become an essential condition for group success. <\/p>\n<p>Today, I see my role as <strong>supporting and strengthening organizations in shaping change and stability<\/strong>. I help companies to develop and implement tailor-made professional communication and organizational solutions. <\/p>\n<p>Two perspectives shape my work the most. On the one hand, the <strong>systemic approach<\/strong> provides a good orientation to allow various important perspectives to run simultaneously: the often complex content-related issues, the economic-strategic self-image and the social and often emotional background. <\/p>\n<p>The second influence came from my intensive study and training in <strong>group dynamics<\/strong>. I look for patterns in the natural dynamics of events in order to track down what is necessary for stability or what enables change. <\/p>\n<p>In my work, I want to get to the bottom of things in order to facilitate valuable insight and courageous steps &#8211; with humor, empathy and a portion of confrontation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- close content
