After studying psychology with a focus on organizational psychology, I have been involved in leadership development since 2001, and subsequently increasingly in organizational development and coaching. <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>I see the purpose of my work with organizations and individuals primarily in contributing to the development of their highest potential. For me, accompanying change processes means, on the one hand, fully engaging with the client system. On the other hand, I give impulses and am careful to process them carefully. In a co-creative partnership, the client is always in control.   <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>When working together, my focus is on maintaining and expanding the ability to act in order to actively shape the future. This is important to me in every process: <\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>to think systemically and thus in interrelationships: processes, strategies and people permanently influence each other;<\/li>\n<li>people and their milieus and make them effective;<\/li>\n<li>to act constructively from a state of creativity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>In any case, solution-oriented and focused work can succeed in a
