What I stand for / Core Values

Born and raised in Bayreuth (Germany) in 1966, I moved to the big cities of Frankfurt and London to study sociology. I did my doctorate on the subject of learning organizations. I stayed in Frankfurt for over 20 years, teaching and researching organizational development, the emergence of technology, globalization, sustainability and social responsibility (CSR).

For more than 20 years I have been working as a consultant, trainer, coach, speaker and lecturer in the areas of leadership, team and organizational development, corporate culture and learning companies, resilience and strategic realignment.

For many years, I have been passionate about change in companies and creating trust and genuine dialog. I support companies and organizations to make them fit for the future and turn them into places where people work in a meaningful, purposeful and enjoyable way. I always look at the whole system – even in complex change processes – and build on the strengths and resources of people and organizations.

My personal expertise lies in a clear view of functions, roles and hierarchies, in systemic understanding, in a profound knowledge base and pragmatic approach, in an appreciative and empathetic attitude and in the triad of mindfulness, lightness and humor.
