Born in Vienna in 1975 and raised in Pinzgau, I soon became interested in the highs and lows of communication. After studying psychology with a focus on organizational psychology, I have been involved in leadership development since 2001, and subsequently increasingly in organizational development and coaching.

I see the purpose of my work with organizations and individuals primarily in contributing to the development of their highest potential. For me, accompanying change processes means, on the one hand, fully engaging with the client system. On the other hand, I give impulses and am careful to process them carefully. In a co-creative partnership, the client is always in control.
