What I stand for / attitude:

Born in Vienna in 1970, my true passion was initially sports. At 16, I was well on my way to becoming a show jumper and left school to pursue that dream—only to realize a few years later that without an intellectual and financial foundation, it wouldn’t be sustainable. This led to a radical shift away from my original career aspiration, the completion of my high school diploma, and eventually a degree in Business Administration.

During my studies, I developed a passion for “human resources” – with the motivation to accompany changes in organizations so that something “different, better” is created for both companies and employees afterwards.

That’s what still drives me today: How can I support organizations in becoming more innovative, efficient, sustainable, and competitive—while actively involving their employees in these thought processes? I believe in the willingness and ability of employees to contribute and share their knowledge. I develop these processes in close collaboration with my clients and support them throughout sustainable implementation.
Every change requires stable zones. The key is to find a balance that allows for new, future-ready, and at the same time stable structures.
