Beforehand
In a detailed discussion with you, we clarify the occasion, needs and goals of the event, the organizational context, the target group and how the people involved are to be integrated into the further process.
We pay particular attention to the desired results and the question of how these can be made sustainably beneficial for your organization.
We develop an initial tailor-made proposal for the process that methodically supports your goal achievement, takes into account the organizational environment and incorporates the specific culture of your company.
When designing the process, we make sure that the participants’ involvement is adapted to the context and that there is enough room for possible questions and tensions.
The final moderation concept is developed in further co-creative coordination with you.
During implementation
During moderation and facilitation, we stay in regular contact with you and quickly coordinate whenever unexpected situations arise.
We keep a clear focus, guide the process with goal orientation, and ensure your results.
At the same time we leave enough room for creative exchange and self-organized work to enable co-creation and the unfolding of collective intelligence.
We address tensions, conflicts, resistance, or uncertainties thoughtfully when necessary to achieve the agreed-upon goals.
Afterwards
We conduct a debriefing with you to evaluate the process and the results achieved in light of the joint preliminary discussion.
In order to support the sustainability of the results achieved and institutional learning, we also link to the larger organizational context and, if necessary, make recommendations for possible next steps for the development of your department or organization.
