Offers for organizations
Is your organization well positioned, but would like to become more flexible and customer-oriented?
A change towards an agile organization seems too risky for you, but you are not opposed to agile working methods or have already had good experiences?
We see it the same way: anything is possible as long as it makes sense and is useful. Even agile approaches and methods in traditional or hierarchical organizations. After all, change or adaptation does not always have to be radical. Development can also take place cautiously – with radically promising concepts!
Unser Angebot
We offer you a light-footed introduction to the know-how and potential of agile tools, which you can use to increase your impact as a team, successfully execute projects, keep pace with constant market changes or increase your appeal for the younger generation of employees.
As trainers and consultants, we accompany you on the way to processes and products that help increase your output and at the same time give you an insight into the modern world of the “new work culture”:
– What meeting structure do we need?
– How can we make better decisions?
– How can we strengthen trust and commitment?
– What are the benefits of “sprinting” and how does it work?
– What attitude, skills and culture are required for agile leadership and collaboration to succeed?
Unser Vorgehen
Together with you or your team, we first examine the current situation: What is the purpose of your department, what structure and what processes does it have? We identify your mindset and carry out an agile check. We then discuss your requirements and which agile practices might be suitable for you.
From this, we develop your implementation process. Depending on your needs and intensity, your development project may vary and take the form of focused training sessions, workshops, or more comprehensive organizational development initiatives:
Workshops
…for agile tools with intermediate application phases is the practicable approach to gaining a common basis and developing practicable skills. This could include the following:
- Meeting structures and processes for appropriate addressing and participative processing of operational and structural topics
- Sprint logic, Kanban or elements from design thinking for development projects
- Decision-making processes and tools for optimal decision-making
- Define responsibilities and roles for clarity in collaboration
- Tension-based communication for responsiveness
Camp or workshop
…to get to know the agile mindset and tools is a community approach. With input and exchange of experience, a joint decision is made as to which implementation practices should be tried out. This also offers the opportunity to work on problems (cases) in the organization using agile methods.
Organizational development
…in pilot teams that use iterative learning loops to test the operational translation of agile procedures in (sub)divisions and thus become beacons for New Work. This approach is probably the most intensive process that we could initiate with you.
Regardless of which path you take:
Agile methods have effects and side effects. They will change your organization because they promote interaction and personal responsibility, more intensive collaboration with the customer, trust and more delegation of decisions to employees and rapid response to change.
We pay particular attention to those processes and collaborations that cross over between agile and conventional areas. Here it is important to pay attention to the differences between the two approaches and their respective rules of the game.
