When implementing customized solutions, both in training and in consulting, the following applies: Every person is embedded in their environment. The context influences behavior. Organizations are successful in the long term when the interaction between them, the people involved and their environment is successful. In our training courses, we therefore not only pay attention to the design of the individual learning units, but also to how they are linked to the company’s objectives. By maintaining close contact with the people we meet, we remain able to act constructively and spontaneously even in unforeseen situations. Our clients appreciate the individuality and sustainability of our measures.
Essential step: transfer to everyday life
Many are familiar with the uplifting feeling of returning to the workplace highly motivated and energized with new ideas and impulses after a training seminar. This sparks new projects and resolutions about how things should be done differently in the future. Unfortunately, this initial enthusiasm often fades quickly, and instead of innovation,… everyday routine takes over.
This is where we, as process-oriented learning architects, come in. Using well-founded concepts, new insights from neurodidactics, and proven methods, we facilitate the transfer of knowledge into daily practice, thereby effectively enabling organizational learning.
We work on four levels:
- ar the knowledge level (having knowledge of something),
- at the attitude level (understanding and willingness as the strongest driver for one’s own behavior),
- at the behavioral level (experience, reflect on and practice specific methods, tools and behavioral options)
- And – already during project clarification – at the contextual and cultural level (What is permitted – which responsibilities, rules, and guidelines must be observed?).
