komunariko stands for strong communication in times of change – and has done so for almost 40 years. With systemic organizational consulting, training and coaching, we support individuals and groups, managers, teams and organizations in their development. Professionally, in partnership and at eye level.

We view organizations as living systems that interact and relate in complex ways – with their individual parts as well as with their environment. Long-term success is only possible by constantly growing and becoming together. Our roots

komunariko was founded in 1983 as a training and consulting company in the context of adult education. The spirit of social enlightenment and “emancipatory, self-determined communication” that prevailed at that time still inspires us today.

In addition to promoting individual skills, however, our main focus has always been on organizations. On the one hand, because this is where the greatest requirements for successful relationships and efficient cooperation for effective action exist; on the other hand, because organizations are the place where the social problems of our time are dealt with.

Our role

We see ourselves as social architects who support our clients in creating suitable spaces for communication, development and change. We set targeted impulses and design and accompany the process. We leave the interior design to you!

Our clients include medium-sized, large profit and non-profit organizations from all sectors who are looking for more than just standard training or off-the-shelf consulting and who are prepared to take concrete steps towards change through co-creation and personal responsibility.

The Schönbrunn Group has been working successfully with Komunariko for many years. In the context of management coaching, supervision, moderation of change processes and training for the Cultural Mediation & Guest Services department.
