OUR APPROACH

Supporting development through strong communication

komunariko stands for strong communication in times of change – and has done so for almost 40 years. With systemic organizational consulting, training and coaching, we support individuals and groups, managers, teams and organizations in their development. Professionally, in partnership and at eye level.

We view organizations as living systems that interact and relate in complex ways – with their individual parts as well as with their environment. Long-term success is only possible by constantly growing and becoming together. Together with you, we shape this network of relationships effectively and to your benefit: We provide support wherever change is required, leadership skills are needed and the efficiency of teams and individuals needs to be improved. We rely on professional communication as a central element for an organization that is vital from the inside out.

To the team

Our roots

komunariko was founded in 1983 as a training and consulting company in the context of adult education. The spirit of social enlightenment and “emancipatory, self-determined communication” that prevailed at that time still inspires us today.

In addition to promoting individual skills, however, our main focus has always been on organizations. On the one hand, because this is where the greatest requirements for successful relationships and efficient cooperation for effective action exist; on the other hand, because organizations are the place where the social problems of our time are dealt with.

Our role

We see ourselves as social architects who support our clients in creating suitable spaces for communication, development and change. We set targeted impulses and design and accompany the process. We leave the interior design to you!

Our clients include medium-sized, large profit and non-profit organizations from all sectors who are looking for more than just standard training or off-the-shelf consulting and who are prepared to take concrete steps towards change through co-creation and personal responsibility.

The Schönbrunn Group has been working successfully with Komunariko for many years. In the context of management coaching, supervision, moderation of change processes and training for the Cultural Mediation & Guest Services department. Our managers and employees in guest services were strengthened in their roles and then had clarity about the necessary implementation steps. Our close ties are also shaped by our cooperation in the ECHOCAST network and the trainer development programs.

komunariko is practical, efficient and very flexible in terms of the various requirements. We have had very good experiences and the feedback from our employees has also been very positive. The creation of individual solutions is certainly one of komunariko’s core competencies.

komunariko has already supported Paracelsus Medical University in various areas. Most recently in the creation of a leadership model, which gives us a common orientation in our understanding of leadership and our leadership work. komunariko has in particular ensured a suitable architecture for the process and high-quality and accepted implementation of the employee events.
