About me:

Born in 1978 and raised in the Waldviertel region of northern Lower Austria, I first went to England as an au pair after completing my AHS-A-levels. I then studied psychology at the University of Vienna with a year as a guest student at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain. After completing my diploma and additional training as a clinical and health psychologist with a focus on psychosomatics, I moved to Brazil. Back in Austria, I initially worked in the international NGO sector, including as a trainer for a global research project. Even then, I wanted to understand and support people in companies. I then held various positions as an HR manager and executive in an international group of institutions before becoming a self-employed coach and trainer after my parental leave.

I have long been interested in exploring and understanding other cultures, how to create a joyful work life, the mental health of managers and unlocking our inner superpower.

After all this time, I am still passionate about “People & Culture” in companies and, as I am coming from the “Waldviertel”, I also love going into the forest (german: “Wald”) with people in my coaching sessions to bring them back to their original strength.
