About me:

I was born in Salzburg in 1956, shaped by this city (politically, culturally and athletically) and professionally trained as a lawyer after secondary school and then further trained as a communications trainer and finally as a management consultant. I am particularly interested in the areas of systemic strategy and organizational development, team development, moderation and project management. The use of these tools has proven to be beneficial for the future of almost all companies and organizations I have worked with.

My many years of experience in the management of profit and social profit organizations make me sensitive to the effects of interventions. That is why the consideration of different interests and acceptance of solutions, the conservation of resources and the sustainability of developments are key objectives in my work.
