What I stand for / Core Values
Born in Steyr in 1967, I began my professional career with a technical education at the HTL for structural engineering in Linz. However, I soon switched to the Vienna University of Economics and Business – after just three days I realized: Concrete can be dry – people are’nt.
I was particularly interested in how people work together in organizations – and how this cooperation in turn affects the organization. This question accompanied me during my studies in Innsbruck and ultimately led to my doctorate at the Universities of Linz and Munich on the subject of “Systemic Leadership”. A topic that has stayed with me to this day.
My mission: to create space for development – so that companies and managers can focus on the essentials.
My consulting approach is based on three pillars: Efficiency and digitalization – step-by-step and company-dependent: from the first steps to a comprehensive strategy Customized flexibilization – tailored to the history, culture and orientation of the company Empowering people – with knowledge, skills and courage for the working world of tomorrow
My conviction: Every company is unique – just like every person. Different prerequisites shape its future. This is exactly where I start – with respect for what has been achieved and a focus on tomorrow. The measurability of development progress is just as important to me as the combination of practical implementation with scientific findings.
