Are you facing changes and wondering how you can support and implement them well?
We see it as a central task of leadership in organizations to recognize future challenges at an early stage, to help shape them and to lead the organization through phases of change into a desirable future.
When it comes to change processes, it is not only the top management level that is responsible to fulfill its leadership role – all management levels are called upon. This is because changes do not necessarily fail due to clear guidelines, a lack of knowledge or technical possibilities, but usually simply in the practical implementation in daily business – whether due to resistance from employees or out of sheer habit by falling back into established behaviors. It therefore makes sense to increase change competence throughout the entire organization.
Our focus is therefore on people and communicating change. We support you with training, workshops and/or leadership coaching.

Central contents
The core content of our training courses and workshops includes theoretical principles as well as the practical development of procedures and documents for your own change agenda.
- Teaching the leadership model and change management basics
- Analysis of the current change requirements in the individual areas of the participants
- Develop your own change challenges and leadership requirements
- Knowing your own role in this change and dealing with the dual role of being affected and being a change driver
- Communication in change: change story and implementation for your own change project
- Stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis followed by implementation in the individual plans
- Commitment model (Understand – Be able to – Want to – Be allowed to – Do) and establishment of the model of collegial consultation on commitment issues
- Emotions in change and aspects of team development (4-room model of change)
- Formats and tools for working on change topics with employees
- Individual summary and transfer
The objectives of our training courses and workshops are
- Creating an understanding of the central mechanisms and typical processes involved in organizational change
- Raising awareness of the phenomena that arise, especially of the emotional side of change and the central importance of communication (this also regularly leads to personal relief for the manager)
- Personal skills development – e.g. more determination and courage to adress difficult issues and communicate honestly to employees
- Increase willingness to participate among all stakeholders
