Strategy and planning retreats are a proven method for achieving this common direction. We support you with solution-oriented and co-creative process support. We invest little energy in problem focus and instead concentrate on the desired solutions. We therefore ask for the best practicable solution. If this is not possible, we look for the second best. We help you to implement this attitude in your organization and find an efficient way to achieve your goals – together, because together we know more!
How do we proceed?
When planning such retreats, we work with you to develop the specific agenda for the day. In doing so, we focus on the specific needs, the desired results and, if necessary, involve key stakeholders.
During implementation, we value shared clarity, goal focus and co-creative work. For example, we use the collective creativity of the participants to select the best ideas from a wealth of ideas, describe them and plan their implementation. At the end of the retreat day, there is a clear and shared picture of the main focus of your organization (unit) in period X. A clear focus is established, and concrete agreements on actions as well as responsibilities for resulting work packages are assigned. This provides orientation for your organization, its individual departments, and its proponents.
In the follow-up session, we reflect on the day with you and plan the elegant next steps with you.
