Many are familiar with the uplifting feeling of returning to the workplace highly motivated and energized with new ideas and impulses after a training seminar. This is where we, as process-oriented learning architects, come in. Using well-founded concepts, new insights from neurodidactics, and proven methods, we facilitate the transfer of knowledge into daily practice, thereby effectively enabling organizational learning.

We work on four levels:

  • ar the knowledge level (having knowledge of something),
  • at the attitude level (understanding and willingness as the strongest driver for one’s own behavior),
  • at the behavioral level (experience, reflect on and practice specific methods, tools and behavioral options)
  • And – already during project clarification – at the contextual and cultural level (What is permitted – which responsibilities, rules, and guidelines must be observed?).

Our offer

Our range of training offerings starts with brief keynote presentations and extends to multi-day learning journeys in a blended-learning format. We deliver engaging and interactive online sessions as well as immersive in-person experiences that engage all the senses. Together with you, we will determine which approach best meets your needs for maximum impact. Each learning path and each training design is individually tailored to the specific target group, the specific situation, your requirements and objectives. Content can include topics relating to leadership, conflict, complaint management, consulting skills, time and self-management, classic facilitation or “Art of Hosting”.
