A 1979-born with a passion for life and people. I have a lot of management experience and a practical approach. I have been working as an independent consultant and trainer since 2012.
I am inspired by working with clients to develop customized solutions that help them improve their success. Behind key figures and organizational charts are people who influence success with their very specific performance.

I find working with individuals and teams from a wide range of industries diverse and fulfilling.
As co-founder and managing director of frischluft-fitness, I am involved in the areas of exercise and health and workplace health promotion. Here, I also constantly experience for myself what it means to be a manager. It’s great to be able to regularly accompany people on their path to independence.
