About me:

My profession as a consultant, trainer and coach has provided me with an extremely interesting field of activity. I am grateful for the questions and tasks I have been able to deal with for almost 40 years and for the people I have met along the way. However, I can easily describe my current situation as a personal luxury. As a founder born in 1959, I handed over operational responsibility to the next generation at the end of 2019 after a full professional life and was able to change some of my priorities. I now have more time for family and friends, for hobbies and for matters that are still important to me. I will remain connected to komunariko. Collegial advice and collaboration on a small scale make my experience useful.
