About me
Born and raised in Vienna in 1974, I initially wanted to pursue a career in science, studied mathematics and physics and worked for over two years in Prof. Zeilinger’s research group. During this time, I became increasingly interested in questions of cooperation and how this can become an essential condition for group success.
Today, I see my role as supporting and strengthening organizations in shaping change and stability. I help companies to develop and implement tailor-made professional communication and organizational solutions.
Two perspectives shape my work the most. On the one hand, the systemic approach provides a good orientation to allow various important perspectives to run simultaneously: the often complex content-related issues, the economic-strategic self-image and the social and often emotional background.
The second influence came from my intensive study and training in group dynamics. I look for patterns in the natural dynamics of events in order to track down what is necessary for stability or what enables change.
In my work, I want to get to the bottom of things in order to facilitate valuable insight and courageous steps – with humor, empathy and a portion of confrontation.
