About me

Born and raised in South Tyrol in 1977, my passion for the performing arts led me to Vienna, where I completed my artistic training in singing, acting and dance with distinction.
I then spent over 15 years on stage internationally as a singer, actor and dancer.
Today, I am passionate about helping people in change processes to question old strategies in a complex environment, develop new perspectives and achieve greater effectiveness through new approaches. I support organizations in creating spaces in which encounters at eye level are possible and changes take place through real conversations.

For over 20 years I have been working on the impact of communication.
The authenticity and role clarity that an actor needs on stage also increase the truthfulness and effectiveness of people who take on responsibility and leadership.

I see the purpose of my work in bringing about positive change so that joyful work becomes possible, which leads to an emotional bond in organizations.
