Organisation und Veränderung

Organizations without change are unthinkable – yet allowing, deliberately managing, and guiding change remains an art. Mastering this art has long since become a success factor for companies and is particularly challenging in increasingly confusing, uncertain and complex environments. Our expertise offers you orientation, support and advice for the most goal-oriented, meaningful and beneficial change or development of your organization.

Organizations today face a multitude of challenges – an increasingly complex environment and rapidly changing influences create constant pressure. To counter this pressure, an organization must constantly renew itself if it wants to survive. This ability to professionally manage or accompany change is a key success factor today.

Mastering change

Mastering change is and remains challenging – regardless of whether the impetus comes from outside or from within. Leaders regularly deal with the question of how they can manage or realign their department as efficiently as possible. Perhaps a new position needs to be created, interfaces need to be clarified, teams need to be merged or departments restructured.

However, the impetus often also contains strategic components, for example because the customer market is changing or new technologies or legal frameworks are forcing adaptation. Think, for example, of a media company whose market has been radically changed by the digital transformation. Or a research institute that needs to focus more on the requirements of industrial customers if it wants to survive economically. Or an IT company that wants to remain attractive to a new generation of specialists. There are plenty of examples.

Change is the only constant

So while change is increasingly becoming a stable constant for companies, shaping the change process is still an art. It is essential to keep a consistent focus on the strategy and stabilize value creation, while management and stakeholders drive forward or help shape the implementation with appropriate participation. Not all actors always participate willingly – “resistance” in particular shows where things are starting to move and where meaningful opportunities for cooperation need to be considered.

Unser Ansatz

We look at the big picture. Organizations are in a permanent exchange with their environment – they pick up impulses from outside and in turn give impulses to the outside, to the market or to society. Our focus is on the patterns of this exchange and the internal processes and structures involved. We work with you to answer the question of whether these patterns will get you where you want to go – or whether it’s time to re-knit some patterns.

Our approaches come from systems theory, psychology, group dynamics, communication science, management competence, solution and resource-oriented approaches. Our work is needs-oriented, methodologically versatile and grounded in theory and practical experience – based on many years of our own management and consulting experience.

For us, consulting means taking your expertise seriously, building on your skills and experience and providing impulses for the joint development of solutions. Our support is perceptive, appreciative and challenging in order to get to the heart of your concerns and give them the best possible expression.

If you want to implement changes together with your employees in a goal-oriented, meaningful and beneficial way, we are happy to be your trusted partner!
