Two things are clear:
- Every organization that produces, sells or offers services must prove itself to its customers in order to survive on the market.
- The social, economic and technical environment has developed a complexity and dynamism that was unimaginable a few decades ago and which organizations have to face up to.
The key questions for every company are therefore: How do we act in a volatile world in order to remain fit for the future? What do we need to change in order to be successful? How can our organization be a sufficiently attractive place for people? How do we want to work in order to use our potential productively?
